Just dowloaded free trail of software. I’m using a Fuji X-T3 on a mac book and trying to also Lightroom classic. Unable to find any user manual. Live view does work, shows black screen with a transparent grid. Also, some some help with regards Lightroom

First, there is an online user manual which you can always access from the help menu: Help → Documentation.
Regarding the Live View issue, please confirm the following settings in the camera menu:
Connection Setting → USB Power Supply Setting: OFF
Setup → Connection Mode → USB Movie Shooting FIXED (for troubleshooting only, auto should work normally.
Also, please be sure to troubleshoot these issues with Lightroom Classic quit. It is possible that Lightroom Classic is conflicting with the behavior, so please ensure that Lightroom Classic as well as all other software is quit while testing Smart Shooter 5 regarding this issue.
