I just updated my Smartshooter 5 to 5.7.
I have two PCs which it is currently used on.
PC1 everything updated and worked fine.
PC2, after the update, Smartshooter will not start when 5.7 is installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and have renewed any shortcuts, etc. When clicking on Smartshooter, the loading wheel briefly appears then nothing happens.
We have gone back to 5.1, as I still had the 5.1 install file saved, and it works on 5.1.
Both PCs are on Windows 11. Both are fairly minimal in terms of software, and have exactly the same on each station.
Apologies for this, there was an issue with the v5.7 windows installer which caused this issue.
It has been fixed today, and so the next update will work correctly again.
