Hi there! I just downloaded SS5 a few days ago and am working through the learning curve. I’m having so many frustrating technical issues!
My cameras:
Canon Mark IV
Canon R6 Mark II
Both are on the compatibility list
Cables:
Tether Tools tether pro cables
Computer:
Windows laptop
Issues:

The settings keep automatically switching from recording images/video to both the camera and card to just the card. And even when it stays on “both”, the videos aren’t anywhere on my computer. (I have set a folder for downloads and they’re not there.)

Autofocus doesn’t work! Wth?! I recorded several clips thinking focus was on point (it looked like it in the preview) but then I realized when the AF box moved and I hit the autofocus button, it didn’t do anything! (The lens toggle is on AF mode, so that’s not it.) Without the ability to handle focus, the whole software is useless! What am I missing?
