Hi all, hope someone can help. Lights are firing. Live view looks good. But when I take a photo I get a check checkerboard grid pattern not the image. Haven’t been able to fix it or find any solutions out there online anywhere. Can someone help? I have a shoot in 2 days.
It sounds like the camera is taking the photo successfully.
Once that happens, there are some settings in the app that control whether the photo is downloaded or not. So it coule be that you have it set to NOT automatically download the photos.
First, check the “Storage mode” setting in the Camera Controls window.
For example, setting it to “Disk” or “Both” will mean that the photos are automatically downloaded to the computer.
