Error code 47 message

Hey!

One of our computers is having an issue with activation. All of the new activation codes when input are coming up with error code 47. We’re able to close the error message and continue to use the software but I’m just curious as to why this is happening? And if it’ll cause any further issues?

Can you check that the computer date/time is set correctly?

This error code 47 relates to the time offset between that computer and the license server.
If the time is off by too much, the license activation is rejected.
