Does the License Renew function work properly?

Due to a recent forced Windows update, a license I purchased and have been using for several years suddenly became expired. On the website, the Renew button is grayed out/disabled - is this option unavailable?

I’ve been using the Capturegrid4.

The license is perpetual, so it does not need to be renewed each year.
So please just use your existing activation code to activate the software again.

Regarding the “Renew” option on the website, this is for yearly support option.
