We have updated to the new SmartShooter (v5.7), and the latest version no longer allows us to delete files easily. Each time we attempt to delete a file, a popup window appears like below, requiring several clicks to remove the image. As we work with volume photography, this significantly slows us down. Is there a way to disable this new feature?
To confirm, the old behaviour was that when deleting just 1 photo, this warning popup was never shown.
Version 5.7 changed this so that the warning popup is always shown, regardless of how many photos are being deleted.
So for your usecase, do you just want the popup to be bypassed when deleting a single photo?
I can make a change like for the next update.
To confirm, we are indeed looking to bypass the pop-up when a single photo is deleted. Additionally, we believe it would be beneficial to add a user preference that allows us to disable all pop-ups when a single photo is deleted.
One of my colleagues reached out to customer support through another channel, and it looks like you have already provided a pathway to the solution. We appreciate the quick response and your willingness to assist us with this issue.
Thank you again for your support.
