CG4.17 crash on launch - Windows 7

Hi All,

I have 1 pc that cannot launch capture grid 4.
When I try to start the software. The crash window pops up and askes to send report.
I have tried:

re-installing the program = no change
re-downloading the installer, re-installing the program = no change
making sure all drivers are up to date, all windows updates are done, re-installed the software = no change

Running windows 7.

.dmp file and .txt log are available. What is the prefered method of sharing these here?

I started fresh and reinstalled windows 7 to resolve this issue.
Must have been some corrupted files in the system.
