Hey. I decided to test CapturaGrid 4. I installed and activated the Trial license. I connected a Canon 550d camera via USB, but the program did not detect the camera. If I understand correctly, it should have automatically detected the camera. After that I connected my second 600d camera, but the result is exactly the same. What could be the reason? I need to solve this question, since the program test is impossible
