Camera setting in Smart Shooter 5

I’m new to Smart Shooter 5
Wildlife photographer > D850 > Manual Mode > Auto ISO.
When I connect my camera, I thought the camera window in SS5 would show ISO Auto. Instead it show ISO 64?
